Zain Tariq, a Meiler undergraduate researcher, was selected for a 2024 Vanderbilt Undergraduate Summer Research Program (VUSRP) grant from a highly competitive pool of applicants. His project “Rosetta EvoLigand (REvoLd) for ultra-large library screening against the KCNT2 Na+-dependent K+ channel” will be mentored by Dr. Kaitlyn Ledwitch, a research professor in the Meiler lab. Zain will receive a salary and research stipend for his summer project, and his research will be presented at the end of the summer. Congratulations to Zain and Kaitlyn!
