I work as a research assistant in the Meiler lab. My main research involves expressing and purifying proteins in E. Coli. I work on projects involving small molecule drug design with ligand interactions, determining the structure and characteristics of proteins via crystallography and biophysical methods, and computationally investigating deletion mutations capabilities in soluble proteins.
